What is Manifesting?
Manifesting your desires, dreams, wishes, successes, personal power or luck, comes from within your sub-conscious. Deep down, you know what you need to do to achieve your goals, but it may be stuck somewhere you aren’t able to access just yet. Sometimes our energy becomes stagnant, and we become a part of that pause - we become unmotivated, we feel drained, we think there is no reason to move forward, etc. This happens to the best of us and unfortunately, it hits some of us harder than others. I am that type of person. I find myself becoming really excited about a project or opportunity then when I make a mistake or the outcome is not what I envisioned in my mind, I trash everything and give up. I am no longer grounded or centered in what my purpose or goal was any longer, therefore it drifts away, continuing to feel like it is unattainable, unachievable or too hard to get.

How To Manifest - Before Starting
There are various ways to use crystals to manifest your desires or dreams. Each person will resonate with their own way, and it is important to know that no one way is correct. As long as you have the intention to manifest with your crystal - you are doing it right! I will tell you a few examples that have worked for me and some of my friends.
You want to be truthful and realistic about what you are wishing for, be honest with yourself about what it is you truly are in need of. Whatever your passion, desire, type of success or dreams are they should always be of good, positive nature and have no intentions to cause any harm. Positive emotions have a strong pull and effect on our sub-conscious mind and will help us move forward toward our personal power.
Once you have an idea on what it is you are wanting to bring to light, you will want to set your intentions into your energy and universe. Breathing exercises are wonderful practices to bring you to center to set these intentions. You will want to start out by envisioning yourself where you want to be. Imagine that you have already obtained what you are wanting to manifest right now. How do you feel? What type of feelings can you feel in your body? See yourself where you want to be and create a phrase for how you feel in that moment.
Example Phrase: I am feeling happy in my body. I am moving and playing with my dogs, and it feels natural and effortless. I am eating what my body needs to fuel itself properly and am loving every meal along the way!
What To Do With Your Manifestation Phrase.
Now that you have decided and thought about what you want to manifest, you will want to put that energy into your universe. When you ask the universe for something, the universe will give you what you ask for, because you are part of the universal energy.
Write your manifestation phrase everywhere! You need to be continually reminded of what you are wanting to bring into your life. Eye on the prize!
